Mindycoach

Working together is steady, practical, and tailored to what you are facing. Some clients come with a specific concern: workplace conflict, burnout, communication challenges, leadership pressure, team tension, or culture concerns. Others know something feels off but need help understanding what is really happening. We start there. The goal is to create enough space to think clearly, understand the dynamics at play, and move forward with practical next steps.

Who I Help

I work with leaders, teams, and organizations navigating the human side of work.

Leaders who need a confidential space to think through pressure, decisions, or conflict

Business owners, executives, and managers carrying too much on their own

Teams experiencing tension, communication breakdowns, low trust, or disconnection

Organizations dealing with burnout, morale concerns, retention issues, or culture challenges

Workplaces preparing for change, growth, transition, or difficult conversations

Leaders who want to support people well without avoiding accountability or hard decisions

The best fit is a leader or organization that knows something needs attention and is willing to approach it with honesty, care, and practical action.

The Experience

Working together is calm, confidential, and focused. You can expect:

  • A steady space to think clearly
  • Honest conversation without pressure or judgment
  • Support that balances people, performance, and workplace realities
  • Thoughtful questions that reduce reactivity and build clarity
  • Practical tools you can use in real situations
  • Clear next steps after each session or engagement

You leave with more direction, more confidence, and a stronger capacity to respond rather than react.

Time & Package Options

Most engagements are structured as short- or longer-term partnerships so there is enough time for clarity, progress, and integration.

Leadership & Executive Support

  • Typically offered as 3- or 6-month partnerships
  • Two 60-minute sessions per month, virtual or in person where available
  • Optional 90-minute intensives during key transitions, conflict, or high-pressure periods

Workplace Wellness & Team Experiences

  • 60- to 90-minute workshops offered as a one-time reset or series
  • Half-day or full-day retreats for deeper reflection, regulation, and team connection
  • Follow-up sessions available to support integration and momentum

Each package is tailored to your organization, goals, team size, and depth of support needed.

My Approach

My Approach

My work draws from leadership development, workplace wellbeing, mediation, facilitation, communication practice, and an understanding of how people respond under stress. I do not use a one-size-fits-all model. The approach depends on the situation, the people involved, and the level of support needed. When helpful, I integrate practical neuroscience-informed tools to support regulation, clearer thinking, and communication. The focus is always practical: clearer thinking, healthier communication, stronger leadership, and more grounded action.

This approach may support:

  • Emotional regulation during stress or conflict
  • Clearer decision-making
  • Confidence in high-pressure roles
  • Reduced overthinking
  • Greater access to insight and perspective

The method is always adapted to the client, the setting, and the goals of the work.

What You Receive

Every engagement is designed around your goals, your workplace, and the situation you are facing.

  • ✔ A customized plan based on your needs
  • ✔ Confidential, grounded support
  • ✔ Guided dialogue that strengthens clarity and perspective
  • ✔ Practical tools you can use immediately
  • ✔ A post-session summary, if requested
  • ✔ Optional ongoing partnership for continued support

The Process

1. Discovery

We begin with a conversation about what is happening, what feels difficult, and what kind of support may be useful.

2. Assessment & Design

I help identify the patterns, pressures, people dynamics, and practical concerns affecting the situation. From there, I design support that fits your goals, workplace, and level of need.

3. Support

This is where the work happens. Depending on your needs, support may include leadership advisory sessions, mediation, facilitated conversations, workplace wellness sessions, team development, conflict support, or practical tools for communication and decision-making. The work is steady, honest, and grounded in real-world challenges.

4. Integration

We focus on what needs to carry forward: clearer decisions, stronger communication, healthier patterns, and practical next steps that can be used after the session ends.
